Halifax Clarity Card Change from Mastercard to VISA

Has anyone found out whether the cost advantages of using this card abroad will change with the move from Mastercard to Visa?
- No transaction charge
- Exchange rate the Mastercard lowest rate
Looked at all the info from Halifax on the change but there is no mention of either of these that I can find
