ACROSS DAYTIME PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC, Der Touristik UK Limited, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 
 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning, Good Morning Britain, Lorraine & Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the Programme app (the “App”) and online via i) via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”)  or (ii)  the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 23 January 2026.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 4.00 p.m. on Friday 30 January 2026.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 5 February 2026.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
• The Programme’s producers may call the winner once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £ 2.00 plus your network access charge.

 

• SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN, WINNER or APP to 86060; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contactsection above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one prize consisting of fifty two thousand pounds (£52,000) cash (the “Cash”), a holiday to the Seychelles (the “Holiday”), and a Mercedes car (the “Car”).

 

(i) the Cash

 

This element of the prize shall consist of fifty two thousand pounds (£52,000) sterling, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(ii) the Holiday

 

This element of the prize includes a holiday for the winner and up to three (3) adults (adults in this instance being 16+), or the winner and up to four (4) guests if three (3) of the guests are under 12 years old, including the following:

 

• indirect return economy flights for the winner and their companions from London Heathrow to Mahe Island Airport with Qatar Airways, with the stopover being in Doha airport. The flights booked are subject to availability of the winner's chosen dates of travel.
• private return transfers by road and boat from Mahe Island Airport to the hotel;
• a twelve (12) night stay at NIVA Labriz, Seychelles in two (2) rooms on an All Inclusive basis in a Beach Villa;
• one (1) romantic dinner in a Beach Cabana;
• two (2) spa treatments per person during the stay, each of 60 minutes with a choice of classic massage or reflexology; and
• one (1) sunset cruise (group or private) includes swimming, snorkelling, seeing the sunset with some snacks and soft drinks. Availability shall be dependent on weather and sea conditions.

 

The Holiday excludes travel insurance, the cost of any passports, visas, or travel documentation required for the prize winner to travel, airport transfers between the prize winner’s home and the departure airport, personal spending money, tips, or any food, drink or activities not mentioned in this prize description. Any additional taxes, costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

 

The Holiday must be booked and taken up by 30 June 2027 and bookings shall be subject to availability. The following blackout dates shall apply: between 23 December 2026 – 10 January 2027.

 

The prize provider’s Destination Expert team will liaise with the winner to book the flights and accommodation. This service is provided by email, phone or in store. A list of stores can be found at https://www.kuoni.co.uk/stores/find-a-store/.

 

It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa, passport, travel insurance and health requirements are fulfilled. A green tax of $6 per person, per day may be chargeable in resort.

 

The Holiday is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The Holiday for this Prize Promotion will be given to the winner as set out in these terms and conditions. The winner must accept the prize in that form. There is no cash alternative. No alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given.

 

Any upgrades to any elements of the holiday, or additional services requested, and associated costs incurred will be payable by the winner.

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

(iii) the Car

 

This element of the prize includes one (1) Mercedes CLA Coupe CLA 200 AMG Line Premium Plus Coupé Metallic paint spectral blue. The Car shall be an automatic, petrol car, with four (4) doors and five (5) seats.

 

The Car shall include twelve (12) months road tax, first registration fee, number plates and

thirty pounds (£30) of fuel.

 

The prize will be first registered in the name of the winner or the other person chosen by the winner (subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person) and first registration will take place within four (4) months of winner confirmation. The winner will have the choice of either: (i) collecting the Car at a local Mercedes dealership with a formal handover; or (ii) having the Car delivered to the winner’s home address, within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and a current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

 

Please note that the car will include mileage for promotional purposes.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
