Driving Licence renewal photo
I need to renew my driving licence by the end of the month. However the website insists I have a new photo done as my passport has expired and as I'm not planning on going abroad anytime soon I'm not bothered about renewing it. After several attempts to take the photo myself (none of which were accepted) I've just bitten the bullet and gone to a local photo booth. I've got the code but I've no idea how to download the photos. I can't see a website or anything where I can download them. Sorry if this is a stupid question, or has been answered elsewhere. Thanks for any help or advice.

As I recall, you don't need to download (or even upload) the photo. Just enter the code.1

Unfortunately it’s asking me to choose a file as I don’t have a current passport.0

I don't think you need to download them as such if you are applying for a new licence on line. As far as I recall you'll be asked to enter the code the photo booth gave you at some point in the on line application0

This is the screen I get. Nowhere to enter the number only a choose file option.

Why don't you press "Start chat" instead of asking random strangers on the internet?1

Just used tge online chat facility and they confirm I can't use a digital code. I need a copy of the photo to upload.0

So what did you leave with from the photo booth?1

Are you sure that the photobooth did not also supply you with a website address? Usual way they work is that the website asks for your code and then makes a download available.1

I still have the ones here I had done in Timpsons 3 years ago.flaneurs_lobster said:Are you sure that the photobooth did not also supply you with a website address? Usual way they work is that the website asks for your code and then makes a download available.
It provides a "isnaps" web address but you inputted this as part of the passport renewal application (only had 30 days to do so or the photos were removed from online). But it also says "if you have any issues using this, please visit any of our shops".
Op - where did you have the photos done?0 -
Just go to a main Post Office and save all that pain they will take the photo etc and you'll have your licence back in 2-3 days (that's all mine took).0
