Valued Opinions locked my account out !!
So please, please, if anyone or Martin Lewis can help, I would be so, so grateful for any help regarding the issues that I find myself in. It's frustrating, and I am unsure what to do next.

I have been a member of Valued Opinions since 2010, which is over 16 years now. And at the start ofthis year, I tried to access my account, and I thought it was a new verification process. I have evidence that I have been successfully through a third-party company, Veriff. Never had any problems or issues until now. I have emailed their customer support and called them at their London address, but they do not answer their phone. Anyway, I have a few hundred pounds sitting in my account, and I'm worried aboutSo please, please, if anyone or Martin Lewis can help, I would be so, so grateful for any help regarding the issues that I find myself in. You've not actually said what the problem is. Is it that you are unable to access your account?0

ML does not view these forums (sold them years ago) or help with individual issues.
Where does the 3rd party co come into this?
Have you used the contact us page?

And on another note, don’t ever leave that amount of money sitting in any survey site. Because if you get turfed off the site or they close down that money has gone.
When was the last time you logged in without a problem because if it’s been a substantial amount of time your account might have been deactivated? I had an email from them awhile back telling me that if I didn’t login within a certain timeframe, my account would be closed.
from their terms and conditions:

Other than keeping contacting them, I’m not sure what else you can do. I don’t know what you mean by the third party verification process because that is not something valued opinions have ever asked me.
you could also try contacting them on social media because that has worked for some companies.
There is also the contact form on webpage which you don’t need to be logged in for
or try this phone number, which is for corporate users, but you never know. 020 7084 3000.

I have just come across the same issue - been a member for 20+ years and didn`t do any surveys for the past few weeks - and also noticed no e-mails, but go to sign in and password not accepted, password reset and still nothing - I have tweeted / X them and raised an issue with them via their site - but nothing back at all as yet after several days
