Royal Mail

Options
I have a new royal mail worker who now delivers my post , i got a parcel the other week and i was a little late opening the door but luckily i caught up with him as he was just going to cycle away.

He had a small parcel , yet he fail to card me for it and was just going to take it away.....the previous worker would either card me or leave it some place safe.

Now i was expecting a parcel last week and its still not shown up , i did hear a knock early in the morning on wednesday but i was in the shower , i looked out my window and it was the postman ....i was to late as he cycled away.

I check my hallway , i had no letters or cards and i checked my doorstep and nothing.

I rang my local depot a few days later and they had nothing either.

I know i shouldn't jump to conclusions but I've had a few things go missing now since i had a new postman , where as before nothing went missing.

I just tried to ring Royal mail to make a complaint as to why I'm now having missing mail , everytime i ring royal mail it keeps cutting me off and saying call back later as they are to busy

I just thought i would vent off about it as I'm just sick of it now , I'm even avoiding buying anything of the Internet now out of fear that it may go missing!

I shop online everyday but most of my items are sent by courier and only a few by Royal mail ,just wished everyone i order from used recorded or some kind of tracking service as ive totally lost faith in Royal mail.

Mind u i did send money by recorded delivery once , stupid i know , guess what , money was missing  must be some real scum bags about who dont deserve to be alive!

I caught the postman putting a card through our door saying he had a parcel for us, but as we were out, we would have to collect it from the sorting office.

When I pointed out I was indeed in, he refused to give me the parcel. It was fairly clear that he did not take any parcels out with him to save the hassle of lugging a load of parcels around which mostly would be returned as the householders would be at work.

As usual, the complaint to the post office was not even acknowledged.
