Charged exit fees by Outfox Energy even though within the 50-day period in their terms
Recently changed from Outfox Energy as they were no longer the cheapest. Their terms state they have a 50-day window to change without fees at the end of the fixed period. So I moved around 43 days before the fixed term ended. Two weeks later I get their final bill and they have added exit fees. Sounds like they are trying to pull a fast one.

What did they say when you asked for the exit fees to be removed?1

This is pretty common - just tell them to remove the fees.0
