A newbie, but want to get this on the board.
As soon as the government announce this scheme, the likes of Jungle Bee are on the case. Two of my email addresses have a solar panel themed message sent to two of my emails. It is all too easy to go off thread when these messages hit your inbox - diesel claim when you don't drive let alone own a car.
Are the government websites the best place to go for specific information on the scheme, this site's good advice notwithstanding?!
