EON next SEG payment delay.
On 09/12/2025 I received my final statement for my annual SEG payment, which they stated would be paid in 3 weeks. The same day I received another E mail from EON next telling me to ignore their first E mail as there had been an 'error' in calculating my final credit (They later admitted someone had made an error in arithmetic in the accounts department), but again would be paid in 3 weeks, (Electronic transfer)???.
On 7th January no payment had been received so I contacted them to be told my initial payment had been cancelled during their internal approval process, but this has now been re-initiated and again the 3 week wait for funds into the account was repeated.
I made a formal complaint.
On the 9th January I was told the amount owed was now correct and payments are made every Tuesday and Friday, so it was to be paid that day, Friday, or the following Tuesday.
I would not have to wait for the usual 3 weeks???
On 21st January still no payment had been received, when contacted their excuse this time was the payment had not yet been approved??? and they weren't sure what the hold up is, but will raise it with the payments team.
Just wondering if anyone else has been given the run around by these people, and apart from raising a complaint which I have done, is their anything else to be done.

How often do they generally issue statements, I notice I have not had one since 30 September. Don't think they have ever actually paid me either although I have only had my SEG with them for 2 quarters.I think....0

We get ours annually, still haven't received any payment, apparently they have made another error in calculations.0
