anyone know what uni's "loan" out pollution measuring equipment?

im starting my dissertation now , which will about measuring different car pollutants around london etc balh blah blah , does anyone know if any uni's in london loan out such equipment?

I can't think of any reason why a uni other than your own would loan you such equipment ... it must be expensive stuff! Unless your uni will ask another to do so and underwrite any damage you might do?

i dont know how it works with equipment, but i know with libraries (in wales anyway) your own uni's library card will allow you access to the other unis' resources.

assuming it is directly linked to your degree, perhaps your dept or personal tutor would be a good place to start?

I don't think you will be able to borrow equipment and it is probably too heavy for mobile use.
You might be able to get a battery powered vacuum cleaner and suck air through bits of filter paper.
