I sent a package on 14th Jan to Norway by Royal Mail Tracked, it's showing it's in Flushing USA, been there since 18th Jan.
I am going round in circles on the RM site, have tried phoning but that is just press button after button then get cut off, any idea what I can do?

Not a lot.
If it's been scanned in the USA then they know they have it.
It will go into a crate for manual sorting and eventually get re-routed.
Even if you can speak to someone they won't actually speed the process up.
Once the time limit for delivery on whatever service you used has passed you can open a claim for a lost item but that's a frustrating process as well.
There is also a chance that it may intentionally have been sent via the us as they use dynamic manifesting so they might just be using your item to fill an empty space on a flight.
I've seen stuff I've sent going to completely random places on the tracking but most of it has arrived eventually.0 -
If this is an eBay sale then keep an eye on things as of course buyer can open an INR the day after the last estimated delivery date , which on eBay is always a bit optimistic.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. As said above it may not be wrong. I had a parcel a while ago that went to about six different countries around the world, most of which seemed out of the way..0
