Deed of Variation

My father recently passed away.
My sister and I are both executors to the will. We would both like to make a deed of variation to pass our entitlement to his cash to my niece and nephew (My sisters children).
Can anybody point me in the direction of a form we could use to do this? Would we need 2 forms or just one?
When we close his bank accounts can I just move the money to my current account and distribute it to my niece and nephew from there
Thanks in advance for any help.

You don’t need a formal form it can be done with a letter containing all the appropriate info.

You could do it with individual DoV or a single one signed be both of you, but as you need to keep this for the next 7 years I would do individual ones.2
