The RBOS Reward Silver Account has an exclusion that is buried in the Ts and Cs that makes the package worthless to me and many others. They do not cover phones with a screen size of more than 7" so therefore do not cover Samsung Fold Phones. Ridiculous but true.
Does anyone know if other packaged accounts have the same exclusion please?
