quick question. can not print something from internet.

hi... i am in the middle of trying to print some coupons off the internet.... and it is saying

What Platforms Are Supported?Coupon printing is currently only supported on Windows with Internet Explorer versions 4.0 or greater, Netscape versions 4.0 or greater, AOL 4+, Macintosh Safari and Macintosh Netscape. WebTV, Compuserve 2000/7 and Linux are not currently supported.


my computer is vista, and when my son had a look for me i think we have explorer 7 / i know it is higher than the 4.0 that is the min.. that is needed


any suggestions on what i can do ? i am no computer whizzkid.... so in very basic computer terms please...lol....

this is happening on quite a few of the coupons i want to print off... on various sites.. so i really would like to sort this out..

any ideas/suggestions would really be appreciated..

What sites so I can see whats happening, that would help, please

I suspect it's an "activeX" download that is required, you may have something that pops up on a yellow band at the top of your Internet Explorer screen asking you to allow it to install

hi yes i get the yellow band at the top,but all it says do i want to allow temp..pop up, amd when i allow this,i still cant print.... so does this mean i need to install the activex?

is it safe to install, ans hwere will i get it from ?

iam getting the same message. i also have vista and ie 7.0. it could be either vista or the problem with their website.

try printing... once you reach the error screen......

if you click print doctor you reach a screen where you can either request the voucher by post or have a voucher link sent to your email. try these and see if it works.

hi.. i have turned off my pop-up blocker completely, and i am not getting a pop up to link me to activex coupon printer thing...
