Money Saving Octopus

I have only received one £10 fuel cashback as the other fuel is saying pending on money saving dashboard! Both Fuels are shown as Money Saving Octopus on my Octopus app, how do I rectify this please?

I contacted Octopus weeks ago when  only one fuel was transferred over to money saving octopus, the man I spoke to made both fuels on the money saving octopus. The octopus app says I'm on both fuels for money saving octopus?

Was the £10 you've already had paid by Octopus or by some other organisation?

If it was paid by MSE, you should be chasing MSE for the rest of your cashback.
