Hi,
Ive been recommended a DRO by steochange and have moved on to working with Money Wellness, but ive got a few questions, ive emailed but no response as yet!
1. I'm currently POA for my dad alongside my sister, for health and finances. I know I cant be this for the year of the DRO but do I need to actually inform anyone?
2. I have a joint bills account with my partner, no debt is with this bank. Should I be looking at removing myself from that account? Both of our wages gwt paid into our personal accounts then we transfer bill money into the joint account
3. Due to issues with my children's dad and his mental health, id rather my address wasn't published online, is there a way to withhold it?
Many thanks for your help!

(2) Ideally yes, your bad credit will affect him if you have any joint financial product.
(3) Yes, but you would have to ask the court specifically in order to do this.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
