Received the above today feeling over whelmed by all the threads, ive not responded to any of the letter as missed the original 14 days 
Whats the next thing to do as im not admitting admission to anything.

Follow the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements,  starting with logging into MCOL later this week and complete the AOS online on MCOL,  after studying post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad 

Then use the bespoke Smart Parking defence in the group thread by member sluzz, no changes

Use the special defence by @sluzz in the Smart Parking Defence Group Thread. No link. Just search for that recent thread.

Then just play the game:

ive removed everything, I was very close to paying this, will put my defence in later this week after reading through all threads and advice, thank you.

With an issue date of 15/01/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 20/01/26 and before or on 03/02/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 17/02/26

It is a Smart Parking claim therefore use the bespoke defence for Smart.  Check out the Smart Parking Group thread.  Use the search function.
