Tik Tok Creator Payments

My Tik Tok account was hacked last year and after a lot of misery dealing with them, they gave me the account back and I changed my login details etc, however, I had built up around 3k in creator rewards that Tik Tok, whilst the account was locked by them, transferred the money into their own Paypal account and now don`t answer my emails requesting they return it! I keep emailing and sending support tickets but to no avail.

 Why didn't you withdraw before getting to £3k! Ticktock is not a bank or savings account. 

 Sounds like your money is gone. If it was withdrawn by the hacker then ticktock are not likely to pay it out again.

Can you point us towards the terms which apply to "creators"? I'm not sure which TikTok company you're contracting with. Not sure that "creators" are consumers anyway in UK terms.

Yes, the account was locked by Tik Tok whilst investigating the hack, the money was accrued during this time from videos posted, I had no access to it until Tik Tok gave full control back, the money has gone to a Paypal account run by Tik Tok which was verified by Pay pal themselves. Tik Tok had removed the hacker at this stage before they could take any money...........

 Sounds like your money is gone. If it was withdrawn by the hacker then ticktock are not likely to pay it out again. 

TikTok had locked the account and removed the hacker, the money in there was built up over the 3 months that this process took to be resolved, during this time nobody but TikTok had access to the account or funds and it is them who has withdrawn it and Paypal confirmed it was one of TikToks accounts.

Yes, the account was locked by TikTok for 3 months and the hacker removed along with all beneficiary account details, TikTok had removed the money on the payment deadline days and deposited into an account in their name. I can look at the transfer details over that period and they all go to them.
