PCN Appeal Newham council. Please advice. should I take it to court?

Hi All,
I got a PCN on my car wind screen and I appealed online. I got this response from the council by email. Please advice if its of any use to take this further or should I pay the fine. It feels a bit unfair.

As it is council, you should go over to our friends on FLTA: -Since we concentrate on parking charge notices from unregulated private parking companies, you would be better off taking this over to our friends on https://ftla.uk (the forum started to replace Pepipoo), as they are the experts on council and police issues.You will need register before reading the FAQs, then posting both sides of your PCN with your query.Council2
