How to change PIN for laptop

Hi,
I have a Laptop (Huawei Matebook D), and its running windows 11 Home.
When i turn it on, it asks me to put my PIN in.....i now want to change this PIN, do you know how?....i went SETTINGS -> ACCOUNTS, but cant find anything there......other than a place where it says "PIN", but it says "This option is currently unavailable".
Please help me to change my PIN?
