"How do I update my usage or tariff details on my Cheap Energy Club account?
To change your usage or tariff details, log in to Cheap Energy Club. On your dashboard,
click the Edit button next to your address (or click 'Edit' at the top of the results page next to the details of what you're currently paying).
Either will get you to a page where you can edit your details. You can update your tariff
details in the Your supplier section, and your energy usage in the Your usage section.
Have a quick check everything else is correct and then hit See results to get an updated
comparison."

Edit: nothing happens. Any advice?

Thanks

Hi - which web browser are you using?  Do you have any plugins/extensions installed which might be interfering?

Our colleagues at energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com are probably best placed to help if trying a different browser / device doesn't work

Thanks MSE_James I'm using Mozilla Firefox. Everything used to work fine, suddenly it stopped. No idea why or what's changed.

I can confirm that the CEC is working correctly (relating to change of current supplier/tariff and/or usage) for me using both Firefox and MS Edge (both updated to latest edition) running on Win 11.

Have you tried contacting the email address provided above for more specific help? If so, what advice were you provided?
