    Not submitting for me either.  I tried Chrome and Edge.  I even went through the email link.

    It worked after I accepted their cookies.

    I accepted cookies and it looked like it entered but when I looked more closely it said “submit failed”

    Tried in Opera, Safari and Edge. Both with and without VPN. Looks like it submitted but then get "Submit Failed", in red!  :'(
