Unregulated industries don't have to have a complaints procedure.
You could always take pen to paper and send a letter to their HQ in which the address is available online.

Unregulated industries don't have to have a complaints procedure.
And businesses which do have a complaints procedure are under no obligation to accept submission via email, so it'll generally be best to use published channels rather than trying to find alternatives that may or may not reach someone authorised to deal with them.

There's a site called ceo email that gives an email to the CEO, perhaps it's valid and worth a try, but I can't link to it as it gets starred out, google CEOEMAIL and type in Very

They don’t have an email address.

We had an issue with a delivery from Very a couple of months ago. I sent a private message on their Facebook page. It was picked up a couple of hours later and a link to their live chat was provided. Issue was resolved 10 minutes later.

If you used their credit, complaints process is here OP:

(Which is regulated, if you didn’t pay on Very credit then the transaction isn’t regulated).
