Unregulated industries don't have to have a complaints procedure.You could always take pen to paper and send a letter to their HQ in which the address is available online.0

There's a site called ceo email that gives an email to the CEO, perhaps it's valid and worth a try, but I can't link to it as it gets starred out, google CEOEMAIL and type in Very0

They don’t have an email address.We had an issue with a delivery from Very a couple of months ago. I sent a private message on their Facebook page. It was picked up a couple of hours later and a link to their live chat was provided. Issue was resolved 10 minutes later.0
