Goodrays CBD Drinks x Shacks - Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoters. 1.1. The promoters of this competition are Goodrays and Shacks (together, the “Promoters”).

2. Eligibility. 2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. 2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 2.3. Employees of the Promoters, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period. 3.1. The competition closes on 31 January 2026 at 23:59 (GMT). 3.2. The winner will be selected and notified by email no later than 7 February 2026. 3.3. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter. 4.1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. 4.2. Participants must enter by submitting their full name and a valid contact email address. 

5. Prize. 5.1. One winner will receive:
  a) A one-year supply of Goodrays CBD drinks; and
  b) A 2-night stay for two adults at a Shacks cabin located in North Wales, Cheshire, or Staffordshire. 5.2. The Shacks stay must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified and is subject to availability. 5.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services. 5.4. No travel, meals, or additional expenses are included. 5.5. Standard Shacks guest terms and conditions apply to all bookings. 5.6. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary. 5.7. The winner will be required to agree to Shacks’ standard guest terms and conditions at the time of booking.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. 6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 6.2. If the selected winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity. 7.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, email address and entry for promotional purposes by the Promoters, without additional compensation. 7.2. This may include use across the Promoters’ websites, social media channels, email marketing and other marketing communications.

8. Data Protection. 8.1. Personal data collected will only be used for administering the competition and in accordance with UK data protection laws, along with promotional marketing for both Goodrays and Shacks. 8.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. 8.3. For more information, please refer to the Promoters’ privacy policies. 9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Promoters are not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or events beyond their reasonable control. 9.2. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. General. 10.1. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary. 10.2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 10.3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
