    Not a problem. I was under the impression you would drop down to the free cashback card and wait till the cashback was paid. In the meatime, you would apply for a Visa or Mastercard. So on that basis you would have 2 cards until as such time as you got the cashback and cancelled the Amex.
    My mistake.
