CGT for non UK resident who is moving back to UK

I sold a UK property three years ago and paid the relevant CGT for non UK residents (which saved me a tidy sum).
But I may be moving back to UK.
There is a 5 year rule I read that if you move back within 5 years you have to readjust the CGT as if you sold it while livibg in UK.
But...
Is that 5 years from the date of sale, or 5 years from when I personally left UK, which was 6, nearly 7, years ago. If the latter is the case then I am all good. But if the former then I may reconsider things.
I thank you for your time and help.
