  • If they haven't frozen the funds it doesn't sound like they suspect fraud. They wouldn't give you access to the money if that were the case. Sounds like maybe you've been doing something against the rules, like using a current account for business, or, you know, selling weed.

    Another possible reason is if the references of any payments you make or receive are unusual/rude/suggest illegal activity
