I got a DS Lite for xmas and all is well except for a stuck blue pixel on the top screen. I know that in the US, Nintendo will swap out if you've got this problem. Does anyone know if the same is true in the UK?

Return it to the shop you bought it from if your not happy. Dead/stuck pixels are anoying especially on small screens.
Check out the nintendo page here they will repair the console if you are not happy with it. I would take that that they accept a dead pixel as a fault and as it is within a few weeks of buying/useing it than I would just return it to the shop. The only downside is that the shop proberbly doesnt have any to replace it with at the moment.0 -
Ta for that. I went to that site before posting here but it's for US and Canada only. Will maybe see if I can get the store to swap it but can't go for a refund as it came with some free games which the daughter is playing happilyLittle_John wrote: »Return it to the shop you bought it from if your not happy. There seems to be some advice here: http://www.nintendo.co.uk/NOE/en_GB/support/nintendo_ds_lite_159_154.html
and they provide a link to the Nintendo UK contact details. They also have a list of charges - it seems the most they charge is £45 but I find that hard to believe! Hope you have luck getting it sorted.
