Britannia Parking NTK Appeal

Hi there,
I did receive 2 NTK last month from Britannia Parking for parking on a supermarket parking.
I did appeal both on the ground of being received after the 14 days period and stating the PoFA rule.
They rejected both appeals, which I did expect, and attached their refusal letters which are both identical, please see the attached.
What worries me is that they state that the insurance certificate of my car could be checked by the judge, should the matter get escalated to the court, and I am the only person insured.
I do believe however that my insurer wouldn't be willing to share my details, as this is a parking contravention only?
I am going to appeal these anyway but please, any help and advice will be very much appreciated!
Thanks!

    Hi there,

    They are lying!

They cannot do that at small claims.

This is outright misleading BS to frighten you. There is no lawful presumption that a keeper was the driver on private land and no judge would ask to see your insurance certificate!

Anyway, the keeper now wins at POPLA because Britannia have admitted the NTK is not POFA worded. If that is the case you will easily 100% win both at POPLA.

".....and I am the only person insured."

With your permission I am insured to drive your car via my own insurance  -  same as garage employee etc.
