ZZPS Parking Charge for parking outside the bay

Hi, I have received a parking charge from ZZPS for £170 for 'parked outside designated bay'. I have now received a 'warning notice of transfer to solicitors', the letter says 'AZURE PARKING LTD is intending to pursue this matter through the courts'.

Should I ignore this?

ZZPS  ARE MONEY SCAMMERS YOU CAN IGNORE.   IT'S KNOWN AS THE OSNER SCAM ......... adding FAKE amounts to line their own pockets ....... Typical ROGUE TRADER approved by the BPA and IPC

IGNORE AND WAIT .... If the parking decides to go to court then come back here

Yes. How lovely of them. Ignore.

However it sounds like you haven't updated your V5C if you received no PCN at first. Check the address on your logbook.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
