Change Fiat Dash Display from Italian to English

Wondering if anyone knows the correct sequence (and correct buttons) that need pressed to change the dash display back to English in an 04 Panda.
Recently had a short sorted by an auto electrician and it unfortunately now reads in Italian.
Interstingly this was the 3rd Auto Electrician to look at the problem the first 2 said it was an ECU!!
