The email reply states there was an issue over the weekend with the phoneline, so I wonder if some entries weren't submitted properly aswell?

Some of the phone numbers are the same for the 2 different competitions (the £500,000 one and the £550,000 one), so I suspect you'll be able to do 650 entries.

No you won't. The entry periods do not overlap.
1 - "Phone Entry Start Date: Friday 20 February 2026 at 17:00pm; and Phone Entry End Date: Friday 27 February 2026 at 17:00pm."
2 - "SMS & Phone Entry Start Date: Friday 27 February 2026 at 17:10pm; Online, SMS & Phone Entry End Date: Friday 6 March 2026 at 17:00pm."
Otherwise how would they know which one you were entering for? Credit them with a bit of intelligence.

Received the same email reply here. I managed to do 400 calls today (406 in my call log but that includes mistakes) after doing 100 at the weekend, I did get the "maximum entries reached message" this evening so I'm not sure if the weekend entries counted or not.
Thanks to those who share competitions and answers.

No winners here for the last one I'm guessing?!
I was annoyed when it appeared to increase from 100 to 400 entries midweek. The person saying "Credit them with a bit of intelligence" maybe doesn't realise that, and how unprofessional that looks. I believe next week's is down to 250 max entries which helps us poor folks who can't spare the hours it takes, nor afford the £25 full entry bundle (and that's with the offer code). Having said that, the main page still says you get only 100 entries for the full price. Unless that's an error yet to be rectified, to get 250 entries, you'd need to spend £70 in four transactions (with the offer code)!
