1) The prize comprises of a seven (7) night, eight (8) day Portofino, Florence and Tuscany tour with Newmarket Holidays for two (2) including
a) Return economy overnight flights from London to Pisa, Italy for two (2)
b) Return transfers from Pisa Airport to accommodation
c) Seven (7) nights hotel accommodation in Montecatini, Italy
d) Dinner and continental breakfast throughout the trip
e) Guided tours and excursions as listed within the tour description
2) The prize winner must be 18 years or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes.
3) The prize must be taken on specific tour dates and valid for 12 months from the winner being contacted. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.
4) The hotel is to be selected by the winner and their guest. Options include Hotel Columbia Wellness & Spa, Hotel Manzoni, Adua Hotel and Hotel Biondi Montecatini

6) Booking is subject to availability.
7) Tour content is subject to change each year.
8) Newmarket Holidays’ tours involve a certain amount of walking, including a short walk from the coach stop to the town, attraction or venue you're visiting. Overall good mobility is essential. Should you have walking difficulties, getting around monuments and attractions may be harder and, in some cases, impossible.
9) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least ten weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
10) Additional passengers may be added to the booking but will be subject to availability and will be charged the full adult price applicable at the time of booking.
11) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine or provider will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
12) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
13) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.
14) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. 15) Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
16) Passports, and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Channel 5, Cloud Nine and the provider cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
17) Travel insurance is not included but evidence will need to be presented to Newmarket Holidays prior to travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion.
18) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
19) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.20) The prize is subject to Newmarket Holidays Terms and Conditions.
