Bristol Energy
Is there anybody else still waiting for credit refund from Bristol Energy.
I left BE in September 2020 with a credit of £ 163.00.
i have contacted the Ombudsman Ofgem FRP and British Gas and after 5 years I’m still waiting for the credit.
I don’t know who else to contact.

The Ombudsman ruled in my favour along with compensation of £ 30.00 but despite chasing BE for the credit it was never received.

Yes, they did. But yes, it's also my stock answer because I rate suppliers less favourably if they insist on so-called 'Fixed' DDs when they're nothing of the sort. Unless someone is offering a real no-brainer I won't sign up to anything other than MVDD.debitcardmayhem said:
