Thanks for the comments and apologies for the confusion. Initially when I went through my bank statement I saw a total amount come in and then assumed that this was part of it. 

Later on when I checked I wasn't sure how their payment period was set up and what timeframe it would essentially cover.

Anyway I think I'm going to make an account on their portal and check if I can somehow get my old award letters etc from there.

No I just meant the usual award letters they send which span quite a few pages, I never bothered saving those.
