We are on UC and i get the disability part of it but my wife works 4 hours a month getting about £55 a month from wages.
So does that mean we will not get the Cold weather payments due to her working?
When i was on ESA she was doing the same work and hours but we still got the cold weather payment.
there has been nothing put on my UC account online so have a feeling we will not get it.

I believe you or your wife can't be employed with UC (for CWP), but that doesn't apply to ESA. (happy to be corrected if wrong).rich_shot2003 said:We are on UC and i get the disability part of it but my wife works 4 hours a month getting about £55 a month from wages.

Due to your partner being employed, your UC claim won't qualify for CWP's.

Yes she can work up to a set number of hours when on UC.HillStreetBlues said:

Anything she works over the set number then take off 55p for each £1 she earns but she does not get anywhere the hours for that to be taken off anyway.0 -

I've edited it to make it clearer.
