Jet2holidays ‘Holiday Ready’ Breakfast Promotion on the Heart Network, January 2026 – Specific Rules 
  
1.    The Jet2holidays ‘Holiday Ready’ Breakfast promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Tuesday 13th January 2026 to Friday 23rd January 2026 on the Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Jet2holidays and the ‘Prize Provider’ is Jet2holidays and Global. 

2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

3.    To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page which can be accessed at www.heart.co.uk/win or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win with the Heart tile, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple-choice question provided. 

4.    Online entries will open at 17:00 on Tuesday 13th January 2026 and will close at 10:00 on Thursday 22nd January 2026. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.       

5.    Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent. 

6.    If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions. 

7.    Each weekday at 10:00 from Friday 16th January 2026 to Thursday 22nd January 2026, one correct entry will be randomly selected. Entrants will be contacted by a Global representative for a briefing phone call. Please note, this initial call will not be recorded or part of any live show. During this phone call, successful entrants will be briefed on the gameplay element. Entrants may be shortlisted to ensure we have a definite contestant for the competition.  

8.    The selected entry must be eligible and not have been made in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. If the entry belongs to you, one of our representatives will call you on the telephone number on which you entered the Promotion. Please note, we will not be able to call you back on another number and we reserve the right to ask you to confirm your telephone number when we call you back. 10.    By taking part in this Promotion entrants must participate in a video call with Heart Breakfast between the hours of 06:30 – 10:00 from Monday 19th January – Friday 23rd January on the weekday after they are contacted by us (e.g. if they are selected and contacted on Tuesday they must join a video call on Wednesday).

17.    Entrants must have three 'holiday ready’ items in their possession to be declared the winner. The Producer’s discretion is final on what is considered a ‘holiday item’. 
18.    If an entrant has less than three ‘holiday ready’ items in their possession they will fail to win the prize and we will select a new entrant from the original batch of entries. Entrants are, however, permitted to have more than three ‘holiday ready’ items in their possession. 
 
19.    We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us. 

20.    You must use the same phone number across the entire Promotion period. It is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions to use multiple names and/or phone numbers to enter our Promotions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe you are doing or have done this.

29.    The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.

46.    Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years and over.  Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.  An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.   

47.    Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy 

48.    Jet2holidays are responsible for all elements of the prize fulfilment apart from the travel insurance and spending money which is provided by Global.  

49.    Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). 

50.    If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.

54.    The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details will need to be paid for by the winner and will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation.

57.    Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.   

58.    Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight. 

59.    Each holiday prize includes 1 free item of checked baggage per person up to 22kg and shared airport transfers to and from the hotel in the destination country.  

60.    We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.  

61.    Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.  

62.    You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.   

63.    You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.  

64.    You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.  

65.    You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 34 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).   

66.    If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 70 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion. 

67.    Travel insurance is provided by the Promoter on an optional basis and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. Travellers must be 74 years old or younger. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to check the Promoter’s travel insurance policy to ensure it provides the appropriate level of cover required. If travel is to the following locations: Nigeria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Mexico, Venezuela, India, Iraq, Philippines, Honduras, Brazil, Somalia, Algeria, Mali, Mauritania or Niger, full names of travellers must be supplied to the insurer before travel. The travel insurance is provided to the winner on the understanding and agreement that it is only valid for the holiday prize described in this Promotion. Should the winner decide not to accept the Promoter’s travel insurance policy the responsibility will be on the winner to obtain suitable travel insurance for themselves and, where applicable, their guests. 

68.    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, food, visas and travel to/from UK airports and the winners home address are not included within the prize. 

69.    The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except at our sole discretion. 

70.    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.  

77.    When you enter a Promotion we will retain your personal data for up to three years for internal purposes and to comply with our regulatory obligations. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing privacy@global.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
