(Yes you can fight it out over your empty oil cans and filter being the correct ones, but most people pay for services through gritted teeth if they have manufacturer warranty)The rest comes down to trust, the mechanic will put in what they are given for that job, if this is the right oil then the right oil goes in.
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
