Hello, i am hoping for help from anyone who has claimed on a Viessmann boiler warranty.
What evidence did you have to provide, and was this by calling them on the phone? What was the general process please. Specifically did you have to provide all service certificates.
Thankyou!

I called them with a problem, their plumber came round, replaced a few parts, I never saw a bill for his time or the parts. I didn't have to show them the service book, though it was within the first 1-2 years I thinkStatement of Affairs (SOA) link: https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/financecalculators/soa.phpFor free, non-judgemental debt advice, try: Stepchange or National Debtline. I think you will have to call them and see what they say.Jellybean1243 said:

Viessman self certify for building regs so they will know when the boiler was commissioned.
I think mine has some kind of wifi/module like you get in cars that logs any events so having no service paperwork may not be an issue. As others have suggested, give them a call and see what they say.0
