EURO CAR PARKS / DEBT RECOVERY PLUS

Looking for some advice on a parking fine.

I parked in a Morrisons car park (run by Euro Car Parks) for slightly longer than the allocated 2 hours.
I was in Morrisons for some of that time, and have a digital receipt on the Morrisons app.

10 days after I parked there, I received a letter from Euro car parks with a £100 fine, or £60 fine if paid within a certain amount of days.

It stated on the letter you could appeal if you had a valid receipt from the shop. So I did.

I did not receive a response to my appeal. I got the bog standard “appeal received” email. But no follow up to say if it had been rejected/accepted.

It stated on the email I should receive a response within 28 days.
2 months go by, and I get another letter in the post stating I am now required to pay £100.

I appealed this again, with my receipt. Stated that I didn’t receive a response to my last appeal. And also stated on the appeal that if it is to be rejected, I will happily pay the £60 fine.

Another month goes by, and now I have received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus saying I must pay £170.

Euro car parks do not have a contact number, and their email service is a Do Not Reply. So I am unable to contact them at all.

It seems illegal for them not to have a way of contacting them.

What should I do next?
