Hi all, i was wondering if anyone had any experience with the unpaid wages services. I submitted my claim and got a letter stating they have paid the money on the 8th. It says 10 working days, can anyone confirm how long there's took to reach there bank account from the paid date?
Thanks
Thanks

"Paid the money" probably means the claims department have approved that it be paid but it has to go to the finance team to physically make the payment hence the 10 day SLA. In that team it's probably still a 4 eyes process so not just someone logging into the bank portal and telling them to send £X to your account details.itfctopdog said:Hi all, i was wondering if anyone had any experience with the unpaid wages services.
