Cheapest energy company for empty property
Hi,
I currently have 2 empty rental properties that are going through sales, one has been empty since March of last year, and the other since Sept. Can anyone recommend the best energy company / tariff to be with please? I am currently with who the tenants were with previously (EON next and Octopus), which are variable and flexible tariffs retrospectively. Although use of electricity in both properties is minimal, prices are still quite high. Can anyone suggest anything better? Thank you

My relative used a PAYG Utilita 🤔 zero standing charge I guess whoever bought it changed it back.

Are you personally taking over the accounts or your company? I think that the deals differ accordingly?
Would suggest that you want no early exit fee and the cheapest standing charge. I dont suppose you are worried too much about fixed rate as the usage will be low.1
