Parking Charge Notice - HX Car management Child Bay

Hello all

I'm new to this forum so apologies if something similar has been asked before.

I recently received a parking charge notice by HX Car management. Reason for contravention is that I "was not parked wholly within the designated bay marking". I have attached images.

I was parked in a child bay. One side of the child bay had the hashed lines and the other side was a regular bay. The car next to me was parked right at the edge of his bay. Meaning that, if I had parked within the bay, it would either be difficult for me to get out of the car OR for me to get my child out of the car, depending on the direction I parked. So I did the obvious and parked a little over but not to inconvenience the bay/car beyond the hashed lines. I was in the store less than 20 minutes and left as soon as I and my child got back into the car. 

In addition, the image that HX Car management has sent me, is quiet grainy/blurry. I cannot make my reg out though I know that IS my car. Can anyone else read my reg?

Are there any grounds to contest on? If so, could anyone help please
