Ok perfect, thanks for the explanation, I was not getting it.

Most of threads I've been reading the defence has been submitted through MCOL and it was a response to the POC on the claim form.

I'll review paragraphs 2 and 3 at this point.

So grateful for your support and expertise by the way

You aren't using MCOL at all because your local court is handling the case.

Just un update for this post.

Let me say first that G24 ltd discontinued one of the parking charge a few days ago and I don't need to submit my WS and go to Court for that case.

But I'm worried for the delay of this case dated back in May regarding the CCJ that has been set aside. I submitted my defence on the 28th May and sent to DCB legal as well. I'm stil waiting for the court to send me the N180 form to fill out in order to set a date for the next hearing and hopefully get my 303£ back for the application.

DCB Legal sent me their N180 DQ on the 22th June and I haven't received any updates from the Court since then!

I don't understand if the delay is caused by the fact I was waiting to get a hearing for the other case that they just discontinued or my Local Court just messed up?

What would you suggest to do? Shall I contact my local court to receive an update and get the DQ for this second case?

What does it state on your status page on MCOL, they don't update it after your case is transferred to your local court but you should be able to see your defence being received and your DQ being sent and received.

No it won't, if the local court were handling it after a set aside hearing.

The OP should email their costs assessment sheet to the judge at the local court - cc in DCB Legal - and ask either for the claim to be dismissed and costs awarded, or for the final hearing date to determine these matters.

"and hopefully get my 303£ back for the application."

Only if the hearing judge said you could? What did the set aside written Order say about costs?

And re the discontinued one, have you posted a picture of your NoD on the DCB Legal 'disco' thread, so that @Umkomaas can count it please?

    Morning all,

no I already had my hearing to get my CCJ set aside and this was the outcome by the judge back in May at the local court.

    IT IS ORDERED THAT

    1. The judgment against **** dated 11 December 2025 be and is hereby set aside under CPR 13.3
    2. claimant to file and serve a fully particularised Particulars of Claim by 14/05/2026.
    3. Defendant to file and serve a Defence by 28/05/2026.
    4. Costs of the application be costs in the case.

I've posted their POC on this thread previously, I was just waiting for the DQ from the court to set a second hearing for my case which hasn't happened yet.

So 1st hearing it was for the CCJ set aside which I won, but then the judge said that he wanted to arrange a second hearing for the parking charge.

And yes, I've posted my NoD on that thread.

As Coupon-mad says above, you will have to liaise with the court itself ( not MCOL, not the CNBC. ) , so the court that set it aside , in the manner she described

Oh, jolly good! Do as advised, then.
