Free boots tampons and pantyliners (Advantage card holders)

i had a voucher for free sanitary towels
i also had a voucher for 100 extra point on natural collection, i brought a face cream, and i handed over a 10% off total spend, but being new to this advantage card thing, i did not check the receipt untill i got home, they had not added the extra points or take off the 10%, is there anything i can do ? or do i just put it down to experience and remember to check the receipt straight away ?

I would write to head office in Nottingham, explain everything and then hope. I think the Nottingham address is at the bottom of your receipt

Does anyone go into Boots everyday and check what offers are in their machines everyday? My offers only seem to change a couple of times a month - it is so disappointing to try your card, same points total, no mysterious jumps, same offers...

I also wonder if you got the same offers trying your card in a small store and in a huge city store on the same day

I would check the machines every day i pop into boots but i always seem to be in boots when the lucnthime rush is on i.e when staff go on their lunch and the rest are left to cope with enormous queues etc. and i cannot SEE the machiens, so no chance of getting any staff to help then, i only use the machine if i am expecting points off an online orders, as that is the only way to get them, or if i have a patient relative who can spend time to do it with me, shame as i miss out on lots of points.

I'm sure one time the total spend coupon was for a lesser value @ the smaller, but harder to access for me who doesn't drive, Retail Park compared to the larger, but easier to get to as can walk to it from the bus, Eastgate Centre, so perhaps the offers do vary from branch depending on size - again I don't really know as I cannot use the machines much.
