Credit report

Can anyone point me in the right direction please to get a credit report?
Both DH and I have Monzo accounts and on the credit section we are both showing a default but can’t find out what it is. Also on both our accounts it says we don’t have a mortgage, but we have since 1995 and we only have a small amount left on that now.

I believe that Monzo uses Transunion for their credit reports.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks in advance.
