Grant of Probate post problem

I was e-mailed by the Probate Office that my grant had been issued on the 2nd Jan but it still hasn't arrived. Somebody here posted that their grant arrived the next day. The post is dreadful in my road and we  haven't had any for 10 days. Sometimes we wait 3 weeks or more. A house sale sitting on this and I am very stressed. I t seems you can order electronic copies. Anyone know if a print of this would be ok to send to the solicitor?

An update on this. I complained to Royal Mail yesterday about the post problem and have just had a delivery today (Sunday). The probate certificates have arrived! They were posted on the 2 Jan  - other post from 30th Dec.

Hi, I am in is similar situation. Grant including the copies I paid for issued on 4th Dec was not received, contacted Probate and they sent it to be reissued on 22 Dec. Still not received and I cannot get through to them. I don’t think a digital copy will help with house sale. My post for other things are coming through but I might check with my sorting office. I notice I can post a form to probate and ask for a sealed one and pay again but is it a printing error that will happen again and not a postal one? Anyone any suggestions?
