I made this banana bread in the same Bundt® tin that’s on the cover of the book. With a little twist on the original loaf version, with toasted pecans added for extra crunch. Baking it as a Bundt just makes it feel a bit more special and put together (& definitely less boring) The full recipe is in the book!
