1. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

The “Air Transat Rest Less Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”) is sponsored by Transat Tours Canada Inc. operating as Air Transat (the “Sponsor”) and promoted by Rest Less (the “Promoter”). The “Prize Draw Period” starts on 18 December 2025 at 00:01 GMT (the “Prize Draw Opening Date”) and ends 12 January 2026 at 23:59 GMT (the “Prize Draw Closing Date”).

 

1. PRIZE DRAW GROUP

For the purposes of the Prize Draw, the “Prize Draw Group” is composed of the Promoter and the Sponsor, together with franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of material and services related to the Prize Draw and any other corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity to the benefit of which this Prize Draw is held, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and other representatives.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over as of Prize Draw Opening Date, with the exception of employees, agents, and representatives of the Promoter or the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, suppliers of materials, prizes, and services associated with this Prize Draw, as well as any other person directly involved in the organisation of the Prize Draw, and members of their immediate family, parents, siblings, children, their spouses or common-law partners, and all persons with whom these employees, representatives, and agents cohabit.

 

1. METHODS OF ENTRY

4.1 There is no purchase necessary to enter the Prize Draw. Individuals (the “Entrant” or “Entrants”) may enter during the Prize Daw Period using the method outlined below. No entries will be accepted by any other means.

4.2 Entrants must have a valid email address to enter. One entry per email address. Each Entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information included in his/her entry. Multiple entries from the same person will render all entries void.

4.3 The Entrant, in order to be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, must complete the entry form and accept the Rules on the landing page on the Promoters website: https://restless.co.uk/lp/air-transat-competition/ (the “website”). Limit of one (1) entry per person.

 

1. PRIZE

In total, there is one (1) grand prize available, consisting of:

• Two (2) direct return Economy Class flights at the Eco Standard fare from London Gatwick, Manchester, Glasgow or Dublin* to Toronto, or from London Gatwick to Montreal* or Ottawa*, including taxes and surcharges (*seasonal schedule).
• Option Plus: a bundle of perks including additional checked baggage, priority services, and standard seat selection.
• The prize is worth approximately £1,600 (GBP).

 

1. DRAW

The Prize Winner (the “Winner”) will be selected using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. The Prize Draw will be made on or around 13 January 2026 and will take place at 10 Lower Thames Street, EC3R 6EN.

A total of one (1) winner will be chosen among eligible participants.

 

1. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

 

1. CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE PRIZE

• Prize is offered in the form of a certificate.
• Prize must be booked by 30 April 2026, and travel must be completed by 11 December 2026. Blackout dates apply.

8.1 The selected Winner and travelling companion must travel together both ways. Travel arrangements will be made by the Sponsor. Trip must be booked at least 30 days in advance and no later than 30 April 2026, with travel completed by 31 October 2026. Blackout dates apply from 30 March 2026 to 10 April 2026 and from 11 June 2026 to 4 September 2026 inclusive.

8.2 The Prize offered must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash or any other consideration, and no substitutions will be allowed. Prize is subject to availability, and the Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Sponsors decision on the alternative prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.3 All costs and expenses other than those mentioned as being included in the prize are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and his/her travelling companion, including without limitation, accommodation, ground transportation and arrangements, personal expenses, meals, beverages and consumptions, travel expenses, upgrades in accommodation, and the costs of obtaining insurance, travel documents, visas, city taxes and service charges, and incidental charges. The Winner and his/her travelling companion must get any required inoculations and/or required medical forms completed to clear them for travel.

8.4 Reservations are subject to the availability of the Sponsor. The general conditions apply to the reservation (please refer to the Air Transat General Terms and Conditions*). The Sponsor strongly recommends that the selected Winner and his/her travelling companion purchase travel insurance at time of the reservation or prior to departure.

8.5 Flight tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Names and dates of travel cannot be altered once booked. The Sponsor will not extend validity of the prize under any circumstances. The Winner is responsible for obtaining proper travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas etc), travel insurance, ground transportation and all other costs, expenses and taxes that are not specifically included above. The Sponsor is not responsible if Winner is denied entrance into any country for any reason.

8.6 In the event that the Winner and/or their travel companion do not use part of the Prize; no compensation of any kind will be provided.

8.7 If the Winner and/or their travel companion are not available to take the trip at the appropriate time and in accordance with the terms and conditions (the Rules) set forth herein, no compensation will be provided.

8.8 The Sponsor shall not be liable if weather conditions, event cancellations, labour disputes, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent a Prize from being fully awarded or enjoyed. In such cases, the Winner shall not be entitled to a replacement prize or cash equivalent.

8.9 The Sponsor shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise from any accident, injury, or death.

 

1. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

9.1 In order to be declared a Winner, the selected entrant must:

         9.1.1. Fulfil the conditions for participation set out in articles 3 and 4 of these Rules;

         9.1.2  The Winner will be notified via the email address submitted in their entry and will have five (5) business days from notification to confirm their prize.

1. 1. Contact shall be deemed to have been made with the Winner if the Sponsor is satisfied (at its sole discretion) that any email notification sent by the Sponsor has been received by the Winner.

         9.1.3  If prize notifications are returned as non-deliverable, or after two notifications no response is received, the Winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited, and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate Winner selected from all eligible entries received.

         9.1.4  Failure to observe any of the conditions mentioned above or any other conditions stipulated in these Rules, the selected Winner will be disqualified and the Prize that would have been awarded will be forfeited.
