wamsleys scratched wardrobe

hi bought a new wardrobe 5 months ago from a local shop wamsleys there own joiner built it and it wasnt till the next day that Ifound 16 diffrent scratches there all just on frames and the manager said they would order new frames and replace 5 months later im still waiting there from germany
anyhow I think ive waited long enough what can i demand or what do I do next I be happy with a good refund or them just fixing it

someone point me in the right direction

demand a refund immediately

how bad are the scratches ? if they can be seen with the naked eye then get your money back -if they are superficial scratches and you can live with that then demand a hefty discount for the hassle that you have had
