I was an avid user of Quicken until I failed to transfer the application to my new Windows 11 system last month.
Can anyone recommend an alternative application for managing / analysing home finance accounts please?

Do you want to transfer your historic data from QIF files into your new software? A quick Google suggests there are utilities available to assist the transfer to all 3 of the solutions mentioned so far, although I've no idea how successful they'll be. I was traditionally a Quicken user but switched to MS Money over 20 years ago, and I can't remember if I transferred any of my data or just started from scratch.0

Not sure what version of Quicken you have but mine works fine on Windows 11. I’m not at home right now but I think mine is Quicken 2001. But maybe that’s not what you are looking for!1

I use, and recommend, AceMoney. Also worth a look is MoneyManager Ex. It looks as if it'd do everything I'd want, and has the benefit of being free. (It didn't exist when I started using AceMoney.)1

Another MS Money 2005 user here. Have run it for years, currently on Windows 11 24H2.

Many thanks guys. I have Quicken 2004 and Windows 11 Pro. It seems like I should be able to succeed in transferring it across so I'll keep trying as I really like Quicken. If I continue to fail I will try your other suggestions,
Many thanks for all your replies.0 -
I gave up trying to get Quicken to work and now use Money Manager Ex and am very happy with it.
